Renters insurance protects your personal belongings from theft or damage (like a fire or pipe burst). It covers liability if a guest is injured or you accidentally damage someone else’s property, and it pays for temporary housing if your rental becomes uninhabitable.

  • Everyone over 18 must be on the policy.
  • Tenant’s can upload their summary page on AppFolio or send it via email to- StanleyProperties@verizon.com
